Refund Policy

All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt.

All returns must be authorized by e-mail at: osayd@lacasadc.com and will be credited to your account.
Only full cartons will be accepted for return.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
No obsolete goods may be returned.
